Refund terms follow the checkout page and order confirmation.

Eligibility

Unused paid features are refundable within 7 days of purchase.

If batch, export or report features were used, we prorate the unused portion.

Processing

Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days; your processor may take longer.
